Ted Weber established Weber Road Solutions, LLC., in 2024 after dedicating over 40 years of experience between two companies in the asphalt recycling and roadwork business.
As a former Operations Manager, Ted Weber is well-known in the road construction industry. He possesses the skills and determination needed for comprehensive project management and strategic operations when it comes to any size of roadwork project. His extensive amount of projects throughout his career include countless miles of highways, county roads, city roads, parking lots, driveways, runways... pretty much any type of road surface there is. He continues to bring above and beyond results to his work, while focusing on innovative techniques, such as Cold In-Place Recycling and Full Depth Soil Stabilization.
